Music and cinema have been responsible for the innumerable changes and others happenings that have taken place in the world since the early 1920’s. Music was basically a way for one to let off steam and more over rebel against the world scenario which was prevalent at that time. Now too music influences our day to day life right from the way we do work to our dressing and clothing sense. Take for instance during the days of old when Jazz was a popular dance form the outfit worn by those performing a dance session along to that type of music consisted of a loose shirt / blouse a flared bottom pants/ flared skits and a pair of well fitting kid boots. That type of outfit was a big hit during those times and it was one way of allowing the girls to rebel against the society and their family.
Music influence has since gone a long way from jazz to hip hop to punk rock to heavy metal every genre has a distinct code of its own. You may get to see music influenced fashion designs like cut back silver studded leather jackets, faded jeans and funky jackets as well as tees along with the many and numerous accessories that come into play to get a fully fledged working music influenced fashion segment into play.

Thanks for your visit and kind comment on my website.
I have a look around your site and it is very nice. Very interesting point of view for a website marrying fashion and music. I suppose they are intertwined but no one really writes about it directly.
Thanks again,
Steve.
